WW2 German Leather Heer belt and buckle

A very nice WW2 German early belt and buckle. The buckle has sat some time had grease. Smeared over the front along time ago and. Now gone hard.. I guess it. Would come off if hot soapy. Water applied but I have left it. There is a faded makers mark to the back of the buckle and. On the leather tab a faded makers mark with 1940 showing. The leather brown belt is approx 90cm long and Carrys the makers mark of what looks like ?CHENBURG 1939 I can't read it all. The belt has thee normal wear and. Has lost its inner short belt wih the holes in but is supple and has a good hook. Overall a good used wartime belt and buckle.
